Conditions:
Upon you confirmed the booking, you are agreeing to pay the tour cost as specified. You will not pay for your tour until you meet our guide at the departure pickup point. At the moment, we accept cash only.
Departures, itinerary schedules and returns are approximate. Guests should be at departure pick-up points at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Otherwise guests may be considered as “no shows” with no refund.
Our tours operate rain or shine. The winter in Hue is from November to February, the rainy months are normally in December and January which are most vulnerable to the tours of Twilight Over The Perfume River and Rural Life Discovery. In those cases, we will reschedule or make little changes to its program. We also have rain ponchos on our Vespa. In the event of a unique weather event, Vespa Safari reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tours due to weather or unsafe conditions. Any tours cancelled by Vespa Safari, for any reason, will receive a 100% refund.
Important Notice: Vespa Safari does not allow guests who are pregnant and under 8-years old children to take our off-road tours. Depending on the season and availability we may offer an on-road tour as an alternative. Please call for availability.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event you have to cancel your tour, you will be given a full refund, as long as you call us at (00) 84 (0) 971 910 900 at least 12 hours in advance from the scheduled departure time.
No refunds are given within 5 hours or less of the scheduled departure time. If you are unable to make it to your tour on the day selected due to an unforeseeable event please contact us so that we may reschedule your tour. Any tours cancelled by Vespa Safari, for any reason, will receive a 100% refund.
